The ERC-20 token ZRX is now being traded on Coinbase. It’s the first ERC-20 token that’s available on the exchange platform. The launch on Coinbase comes five days after 0x, the official name for the token with the ZRX-ticker, was available on Coinbase Pro. The token can now be traded on Coinbase.com and the Coinbase apps for Android and iOS.
Interest in ZRX peaked in the past 24 hours. Its value went up 26.9 percent to $0.944774. Even though this is a nice price increase, it’s still far away from the all-time high from early January when ZRX peaked at $2.37. After that, the price fell to 37 dollar cents in March.
Even though ZRX is now being traded on the platform, it’s not available to all customers. People who live in the United Kingdom or the state of New York are momentarily not able to buy or sell ZRX.
ZRX is the first new addition to Coinbase since the platform welcomed Ethereum Classic (ETC) in June. The trading company promised to open its platform up to more coins. In March the company showed interest in adding, the already added ZRX-token, Cardano (ADA), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Zcash (ZEC) and Stellar Lumens (XLM).
